It's easy! Create an account on our website, enter your eircode, and you'll see the available delivery days for your area.

You can pay by Direct Debit or credit card. Payments are processed automatically around the 10th of the following month.

We email your invoices and a monthly statement to your billing address at the end of each month. You can also view recent invoices in your online account. 

There's no minimum contract. Just email us by 9 am the day before your delivery (or 2 pm on Friday for Monday deliveries).

We want you to be completely satisfied.  If you have any concerns about the quality of your order, let us know on the day of delivery, and we'll fix it right away.

We deliver throughout the Dublin area. Delivery is free for orders over €20; otherwise, it's €5 (excluding VAT).

Not necessarily. We start deliveries at 4am on weekdays and can leave your order in a secure location if you're not available. We'll work with you to find the best delivery method.

Absolutely. We actively work to minimise waste by redistributing surplus food whenever possible, and any unavoidable waste is converted into biogas for clean energy or repurposed as fertiliser for agricultural use.
